A gathering of minds, hearts and souls!

In the midst of growing interest in various forms of non-talk therapies, it is most timely to seek clarity on what Sandplay Therapy is about. This would benefit all who work in the psychotherapeutic, social and community service industry. Come and learn what Jungian Sandplay Therapy is and why since it’s humble beginnings in 1928 by Margaret Lowenfield, it has been gaining recognition for the deep therapeutic healing it brings to the sandplayers.

Working in partnership with the Association of Sandplay Therapy (AST), a pioneer group of locally trained Sandplay therapists have come together to bring about this Symposium.

This event is graced by an international team which includes the world’s leading authority on Jungian Sandplay Therapy, an internationally acclaimed teacher of Sandplay Therapy, a Teacher- Consultant and a Child Therapy specialist.

The AST is founded on the core principles of Sandplay practice taught by Dora Kalff who had worked closely with Carl Jung. These core values include Clarity of Mind, Heart and Action. The qualities that Association uphold are “to live our lives with personal and communal integrity, with kindness, loving companion, humbly, transparency and playfulness”.

Our locally trained practitioners will also share their experiences, their work with clients and the insights they have gained over the past 3 years. It will be a meeting of international minds, hearts and souls!
